Who is entitled to a survivor's pension from ZUS?

However, it should be remembered that ZUS can verify at any time whether the child is actually continuing to study.

A student or a student who receives a survivor's pension must inform ZUS that he has interrupted or finished it earlier. If he does not do so, he will have to return an unduly collected benefit along with interest.
