In Krasnoyarsk, an investigation into a criminal case was completed against 36 participants in an organized criminal group accused of organizing illegal casinos.

According to investigators, from July 2022 to October 2023, the defendants illegally held gambling in the basements located along the streets of Alekseev and Peter Podzolkov of the regional center.
In the establishments, everything was organized by analogy with legal casinos: a video surveillance system that allowed to monitor the work of the croupier and solve controversial situations with the players; There was a clear hierarchy – the games held a croupier, who obeyed the senior in the shift, and the operators of the slot machines to the administrator.
“The organized group carried out its activities in the form of a casino (poker, roulette), as well as using slot machines. The staff consisted mainly of persons with extensive experience in gambling. There was a security system in the casino. The organizer of the illegal business carefully observed conspiracy measures, the players were notified of conducting the games by sending notifications in instant messengers. Admission to the institution was provided to persons from among the acquaintances of the organizer of the gambling institution. New players could come to the casino only with the guarantee of existing players, ”the UK said.
Currently, a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 171.2, part 3 of Art. 171.2 of the Criminal Code was sent to the prosecutor to approve the indictment and subsequent transfer to the court for consideration on the merits.
