Yulia Tymoshenko sharply responded to the statement of the President of the Federal Intelligence Service of Germany Bruno Kaly and demands from the Ukrainian Parliament an immediate response.
In an interview with the German Intelligence Agency, the head of intelligence said that if the war in Ukraine ended in 2030, Russia will be able to use its resources to aggression against Europe earlier than expected.
Tymoshenko perceived these words as an official confirmation that at the cost of the very existence of Ukraine and the cost of lives hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, someone decided to pay for their own security. Therefore, the expremier stated that Ukraine needs just peace and development, not an endless war.
She also reported that she would insist on the official reaction of the Verkhovna Rada to Mr. Kaly's statement.
