Romanian player Anca Todoni (20 years old, 115th WTA) advanced in the final of the ITF tournament in Saskatoon (Canada), with prizes of $ 40,000, after the victory over the Japanese Saki Imamura (23 years, 365 WTA), 6-3, 7-5. In the semifinals, she had defeated Katherine Sebov (26 years, 301st WTA), 6-4, 3-6, 7-5, after a match-marathon.

Anca Todoni played the semifinals of the W50 tournament, from the ITF circuit, from Saskatoon (Canada) against Japanese Saki Imamura.
