Millions contracts in state schools for Gab PaVolux, related to Sorina Docuz, close to Ciolacu
Gab PaVolux, a company formally controlled by a model from Dubai and with links with Sorina Docuz, close to former Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, has won dozens of public contracts for milling in schools, the most recently worth almost 7 million lei with the City Hall Sector 6.

Gab PaVolux SRL Buzău has signed dozens of contracts from public funds for catering services at schools in several counties, several open sources consulted by G4media shows. Most recently, the company has paraphrased a similar agreement, of almost 7 million lei, with the City Hall of Sector 6.
How the Curmented Company was born to numerous contracts with the Romanian state
Gab PaVolux was founded by an uncle of Sorina Stan-Docuz and before catching the catering contracts had zero turnover, eight years in a row, being taken over by a model from Dubai, a friend of Sorina Stan-Docuz. In parallel with the object of activity, Gab PaVolux purchased apartments in Giurgiu, Popești-Leordeni and Voluntari, the source said.
The electronic public procurement system (SEAP) indicates that the first such contracts were awarded to this company in May 2024, in which Gab PaVolux received almost 1.1 million lei, excluding VAT. Contracting authorities were schools in Bucharest and the Rural City Hall in Argeș, Teleorman, Dâmbovița.
The company has caught contracts of millions of lei in the first 7 months of the year
In 2025, in SEAP there is contracts of this company worth almost 2.35 million lei, excluding VAT, almost all signed with educational units in the Capital. All this was directly attributed.
Last month, the first contract caught by Gab PaVolux dates from a tender in a framework agreement: almost 7 million lei, excluding VAT, from the City Hall of Sector 6.
How the contracts exploded after the beginning of 2023
The data of the Ministry of Finance indicates that, in 2023, Gab PaVolux had a turnover of 5.6 million lei and a net profit of 2.3 million lei, and in 2024 – turnover of 14.7 million lei and a net profit of 3.3 million lei.
The explosion after January 1, 2023 in business by Gab PaVolux came after zero turnover in 2014-2021 and 100,000 lei in 2022 and coincided with the company from the founder Gabi Slamnoiu by Andrei Andrei, a photomodel of Romanian origin from Dubai, married to Buzoianca Flory Nicolaescu. The latter is an old friend of Sorina Stan-Docuz, the last being Slamnoiu's granddaughter. It should be mentioned that, at one point, Slamnoiu was associated in another company with Cristina Elena Arghir, Sister Sorina Stan-Docuz.
How were the business of Sorina Docuz's close -ups taken over
According to the information, in addition to the current activity, Gab PaVolux has invested in real estate – the accounting data related to the Ministry of Finance at the section “Assets fixed” in 2024 indicating almost 2 million lei. Official information entered in the possession of the quoted source shows that the company owns an apartment of 83.6 square meters in Popești Leordeni, a locality where several members of the Sorina Stan-Docuz family live, one of 77 square meters in Voluntari and one of 80 square meters in the municipality of Giurgiu.
Gab PaVolux is the third business connected to public money, documented by G4Media journalists, in which there are control indications through the interposed of the former prime minister. The first was Look Outdoor SRL, a panel company with a route similar to Al Gab PaVolux: founded in the native Buzau of Sorina Stan-Docuz, a modest activity, was taken by the model Roxana Ilie, one of her best friends. Shortly after, look Outdoor caught contracts of millions of lei for outdoor advertising from the PSD led by Marcel Ciolacu, then settling his money from the state budget. At that time, on the basis of such contracts, look outdoor, to which Sorina Stan-Docuz is the figure, has increased its turnover of 835 times.
The second was Best Digital Kit SRL, a company taken by a character involved in the business Gab Pavolux, married to Geanina Puianu, cousin of Flory Nicolaescu. Shortly afterwards, the company was assigned by the Erbașu Construction Society, for a period of three years, the right to place two advertising on a renovation building of the Bucharest University located in the center of the Capital. Erbașu renovates the building on the basis of a contract worth 317 million lei awarded by the National Investment Company, a state company subordinated to the Ministry of Development.
A market source stated in 2024 for the source quoted that “Everyone in the guild knows that the mesh is the business of Sorina Stan-Docuz.” The price requested by Best Digital Kit for renting the two mesh, for one month, was at that time of 91,000 euros, excluding VAT, Erbașu will receive from the outdoor company 25% of the amounts collected from the sale of advertising space on the two mesh, but not less than 200,000 euros per year (without VAT)
