Andrzej Duda without a chance. Poles indicated the best president [SONDAŻ]


Aleksander Kwasniewski still remains in the minds of Poles as the most valued leader of the Third Polish Republic. In the latest survey conducted by SW Research for Onet, almost 40 percent. respondents have just indicated him as the best president.

“Who do you think was the best president in the times of the Third Polish Republic?” – This is exactly what the question was asked. Here are the answers:
- Aleksander Kwasniewski – 39.1 percent
- Lech Kaczyński – 15.4 percent
- Andrzej Duda – 15 percent
- Lech Wałęsa – 6.9 percent
- Bronisław Komorowski – 4.3 percent
- It is difficult to say/I have no opinion – 19.3 percent
The study was carried out on July 29-30, 2025 by the SW Research agency using the online interview method (CAWI-Computer-Assisted Web Interview) on the SW Panel internet panel. As part of the study, 805 surveys were conducted with a nationwide adult test. A quota selection was used – the sample was representative due to the total distribution of sex, age and class of the size of the town.
What next with Andrzej Duda? Poles assessed his political future
Just before the end of the President's term of office, the SW Research studio on behalf of Onet also asked Poles, In their opinion, will Andrzej Duda play an important role in national politics.
The answers looked as follows:
- No – 52.1 percent
- Yes – 27.9 percent
- It is difficult to say – 20 percent
The CBOS survey in which 54 percent respondents decided that Andrzej Duda had fulfilled the president's duties well, while 40 percent It was the opposite of the opinion.
However, the respondents were also asked, among others for an indication of the feelings (a maximum of two), which they are associated with the second term of office of Andrzej Duda.
Most often they replied that this was satisfaction (29 percent) and indifference (also 29 percent). They later mentioned: embarrassment and shame (25 %), disappointment (24 %), pride (12 %), anger (12 %) and joy (8 percent).
