“Today I propose an unusual, but very simple Turkish recipe for zucchini or tsukini. They remain slightly crispy, preserving the natural texture, and at the same time acquire an extraordinary aroma thanks to spices. They are preparing quickly, and the taste will pleasantly surprise. A light dish is suitable for a family dinner and a festive table,” the author of the recipe said.
Ingredients:
- two or three young zucchini (tsukini);
- three or four cloves of garlic;
- 3-4 tbsp. l. oils;
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika;
- ½ tsp. black pepper;
- 1 tbsp. l. liquid honey;
- 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 1 tbsp. l. sesame seeds;
- one bundle of greens of dill, parsley and cilantro;
- salt.
Cooking
- Cut the zucchini with long pieces – about the size of a finger. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and warm for a few seconds to absorb the aroma. Carefully follow: the garlic should not burn.
- Add zucchini and fry them over high heat for about three minutes, to the state of Aldende. Season with salt, ground pepper, sweet or smoked paprika, add honey, soy sauce and white sesame. And then fry until the sauce begins to be punished and enveloped in vegetables.
- Grind fresh parsley or cilantro. Remove the pan from the heat, add the greens and mix gently. Serve warm or room temperature – like a side dish or a light summer snack.
