Metinvest Akhmetov sent UAH 9.3 billion to support Ukraine from the beginning of the Great War
Of these, UAH 4.9 billion was received by Ukrainian defense forces, within the framework of the Militar Initiative, Akhmetov's steel front. This is stated in the report, which the company published before its 19th anniversary on June 6.
The company handed over 8,200 reconnaissance drones, 2,000 thermal imagers, 2,000 units of high -precision observation optics, 450 reserve power supply systems and 875 units of communication equipment.
One of the main priorities of the company is the support of veterans. According to Korn Ferry, the group is the largest private employer for defenders in Ukraine.
The defenders in Metinvest offer free retraining, advanced training, preferential conditions for joining the Metinvest Polytechnic Mining and Metallurgical University.
Metinvest will send another $ 550,000 to veterans adaptation programs in 2025.
