On the eve of the Day of Protection of Children in the Great Concert Hall of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic, a traditional festive concert for children with disabilities was held – “The world in which I live!”.

For 10 years, the event has been held by the Krasnoyarsk regional public organization for the support of children with disabilities (KROPDI) “Shield” together with SUEK-Krasnoyarsk. This year, more than 500 children with disabilities took part in it, who performed on a large stage with the best professional children's and adult groups of Krasnoyarsk. More than 1000 girls and boys, their parents gave support to the artists and enjoyed the concert in the auditorium.

“These meetings allow our children to socialize so that they stop being shy, feel like a piece of society, believe in themselves, in their talents, could share their work,” says Olga Rodkevich’s mother’s mother. -This is also important for us-parents, because parents with children with any features, as a rule, also become special, plunge into their problems and can drown in them. Therefore, such events are very important for lifting the spirit and life. ”

On the stage of the Great Concert Hall, the Yakhont group, artists of the Orlenenok children's dance theater, the ensemble “Volnitsa”, the creative center “Magic Microphone” and other famous Krasnoyarsk groups.

“We could not organize all this without our regular partners-Suek-Krasnoyarsk,” says Nadezhda Kulikova, director of Kroopdi Shield. – Over the years, thanks to the support of coal miners, we have been holding such large concerts that are always filled with good, sincere joy in children's eyes. So this year the event turned out to be very warm, sincere. Everyone was satisfied: artists, parents, and most importantly – our children. Some have been participating in such concerts for several years, we see how they grow, including professionally – and all this, thanks to our joint work. ”

Over the years of cooperation, the coal miners and Kroopdi have other good traditions: in winter, they conduct New Year's carnivals, in the summer – cruises on the Yenisei and the festival “From Heart to Heart”.

We add that in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, SUEK-Krasnoyarsk supports public organizations for assistance to children with disabilities, veterans, collaborates with centers of social services for the population, helps to solve topical social issues, for example, participates in the repair and strengthening of the material and technical base of social institutions, schools, hospitals, cultural houses, etc.
