Tusk helps or harm the Trzaskowski campaign? This is what Poles think


The survey shows that 42.12 percent respondents are of the opinion that the presence of Prime Minister Tusk negatively affects Trzaskowski's perception – 25.66 percent. It indicated that it is rather harmful, and 16.46 percent, that definitely. In the opinion of this group, Tusk may remind you of controversies from the period of his rule, such as raising the retirement age. In addition, as a strong political figure, he can overshadow Trzaskowski and limit his independence in conducting campaigns.
On the other hand, 42.10 percent respondents decided that Tusk's participation was favorable – 32.44 percent. He thinks he rather helps, and 7.78 percent, definitely. In this group, the chairman is perceived as an experienced politician who can strengthen Trzaskowski's campaign and mobilize the opposition electorate.
17.66 percent respondents had no opinion on this matter.
Nawrocki and Trzaskowski head in the head
In the same study, election preferences were also asked. As at the date of the survey 50.63 percent respondents declared support for Karol Nawrocki, and 49.37 percent for Rafał Trzaskowski, which shows that the competition for the presidency is extremely even.
The survey was carried out using the CATI method on May 28-29, 2025 on a representative sample of 1000 adult Poles.
