Passenger transportation ultrasound is a black hole in which tens of billions disappear.
This year Ukrzaliznytsia sets 25 billion losses from the passenger. They are planned to cover them by increasing the cost of freight.
Thus, for cheap passenger tickets, all Ukrainians will pay – because raising freight tariffs will lead to a rise in price of food and building materials, and will cause a new inflation jump.
At the same time, there is no question of reforming passenger transportation and fighting a ticket mafia and corruption.
Recall that subsidizing unprofitable passenger transportation at the expense of profitable directions in the European Union is prohibited.
