New Regulations Require Safe Shelters for Businesses During Yellow Alerts

Starting December 4, businesses will be prohibited from operating during yellow alert periods without a designated shelter or safe space that meets specific requirements, according to a government decree. By this deadline, companies are required to establish safe areas for protection, as ordinary hallways or windowless rooms will not qualify as adequate shelters. Additionally, employees cannot be forced to remain in unsafe working environments; they have the right to access designated shelters during such alerts.
