Budanov warns the global community about the dangers of appeasing aggressors
Ukrainian official Kyrylo Budanov has alerted the international community to the risks of indulging aggressors, stating, “Similar situations have occurred in the world before. Each time an aggressor is not held accountable, their appetites only grow.”
Budanov expressed concern that the current circumstances reflect scenarios where an aggressor state incrementally expands its demands when faced with insufficient opposition. He noted a recent escalation in Russian rhetoric, which has become increasingly aggressive and is now frequently aimed at other nations.
“They are making threats to other Western countries, not just Ukraine,” he added.
