Chinese Factory to Produce One Humanoid Robot Every 10 Minutes

Factory designed to produce over 10,000 robots per year
A newly launched factory in China is set to revolutionize the humanoid robotics market, aiming for an impressive production rate of one robot every 10 minutes. This facility is designed to manufacture more than 10,000 humanoid robots each year.
Spanning 14,000 square meters, the factory will produce various industrial humanoid models, including the Walker S and Cruzr. The manufacturing process leverages advanced automation systems, robotic arms, and drones, with some humanoid robots even taking part in their own assembly operations.
Each robot is assigned a unique serial number, allowing for comprehensive tracking of its components, assembly, and testing throughout the production cycle. Additionally, the facility employs a digital twin technology, enabling simulation of manufacturing processes before any adjustments are made on the actual production floor.
With the factory’s opening, UBTECH is positioning itself in a competitive market, alongside companies such as Tesla and Figure AI, who are also developing humanoid robotics technology.
