President Volodymyr Zelensky has emphasized the need for a strategic response to Russia’s recent actions, stating, “The geography of the response has been defined. The timing will be chosen to ensure results. Glory to Ukraine!” An image from their meeting depicted a painting of the Kremlin engulfed in flames.
Today, Russian forces targeted the SBU building on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, with drones reportedly aimed directly at the office of Poklad, prompting Zelensky to instruct him to respond to this strike appropriately, significantly, and, if possible, in a mirrored fashion.
As of the latest updates, the attack has resulted in 12 injured individuals in the Shevchenkivskyi district, with two of them in serious condition. In addition to the SBU building, damage has been reported to a structure belonging to the National Sanctuary of St. Sophia Kyiv and a bakery on Volodymyrska Street has been destroyed.
