Serhiy Ivanov, a military officer from Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), has been released from custody under a personal guarantee. This decision follows the recent shooting incident involving the HUR and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Kyiv, where Ivanov was reported to have been involved.
