Ukrainian Authorities Shut Down 94 Fraudulent Call Centers in Major Operation

In a significant crackdown, Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, including the National Police and Security Service (SBU), have dismantled 94 fraudulent call centers across the country. This operation involved 411 searches and led to substantial seizures, including 1,794 equipped workstations, 3,336 pieces of computer equipment, 1,346 telephones, and more than 5,200 SIM cards.
Additionally, authorities confiscated 20 cryptocurrency wallets, 90 bank cards, and 22 vehicles, alongside approximately $2 million, €64,000, cash in hryvnias, and 1 kilogram of bank-grade gold. As a result of this extensive operation, 26 individuals have been formally charged and notified of their suspicions.
