A significant fire has erupted at one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, Slavneft-YANOS. Reports indicate that drones may have been involved in the incident. The refinery, which has an annual processing capacity of approximately 15 million tons of oil, is operated by the state-controlled companies Rosneft and Gazprom.
