Casualties have been reported in Khmelnytskyi following a series of explosions. Authorities have established a 10-kilometer exclusion zone around the epicenter of the blasts, according to local sources. Debris has been scattered over a distance of 3 to 4 kilometers, impacting nearby buildings and shattering windows. The shockwave from the explosions has even caused balconies to collapse. In response to the situation, several bus routes within the city have been suspended.
