On the night of July 26, Russian forces targeted Terminal Autonomy, an American drone manufacturing facility registered in Delaware in 2023. The company specializes in creating long-range drones equipped with artificial intelligence and guidance systems that are resilient to Russian electronic warfare tactics.
According to reports, no casualties were reported as a result of the strike. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed the attack was aimed at a “gathering and storage site” for drones developed by the “Ukrainian-American company,” including models like the AQ-400 Scythe and AQ-100 Bayonet.
This incident could mark the first known attack by Russia on a facility belonging to an American company, even though Russian forces have previously targeted U.S. businesses located in Ukraine.
