The deputy chief of the Poltava Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) detailed his 15-year career in military service during a parliamentary inquiry. He has been with the Poltava TCC since 2011, serving in various roles including deputy chief and head of the territorial defense department. From 2020 to 2024, he led the operations duty unit, before becoming the deputy chief of the regional TCC in 2024. He earned his combat veteran status after three months of service in the ATO zone in 2017.
