Businessman Seyar Kurshutov has filed a defamation lawsuit against Serhiy Sternenko, seeking to safeguard his business reputation. This legal action follows publications that accused Kurshutov of embezzling state funds, evading justice, and allegedly holding citizenship of an aggressor state. Law enforcement agencies have officially confirmed that Kurshutov is not considered a suspect in any criminal proceedings. He is now pursuing a court order to refute the false information that has been disseminated about him.
