Charges have been laid against former brigade commander Lucianov of the 155th Separate Motorized Brigade and several associates for the kidnapping and murder of two civilians in the Kyiv region, according to the Military Law Enforcement Service. Reports indicate that Lucianov’s wife was insulted by unknown individuals, prompting him to command eight of his subordinates to take action against the perpetrators. The group allegedly abducted two men from Kyiv, transported them to the Dnipropetrovsk region, and killed them. Preliminary data suggests that the exhumed bodies belong to the victims. The General Staff has noted that efforts are underway to determine Lucianov’s current location.
