The famous penthouse of foreign agent Alexander Nevzorov for 45.5 million rubles has not been sold in St. Petersburg for almost a year. Realtors are complaining: buyers refuse to purchase Glebych’s apartments, thinking that they will be confiscated by a court decision.
In a two-story apartment with an area of 177 square meters, Nevzorov in his best years recorded a video blog, hosted his own radio program, and gave lectures abouttalking horses the art of insulting online and gave an interview to foreign agent Dudu. At the same time, I didn’t live there – I used it exclusively as a studio.
When he escaped from Russia, he painted the interior – marble, granite, panoramic views and objects of luxurious life for luxurious gentlemen – and put the mansions up for sale. The rich responded, but as soon as they found out the history of the penthouse, they ran away from hypothetical problems with the property.
In 2019, Glebych re-registered the living space to his wife, and in 2023 to his 75-year-old mother-in-law. Probably so as not to lose meters in court and it’s easier to sell. It's not coming out yet.
On the plus side, legal proceedings are currently underway to confiscate two plots of land from Nevzorov as illegally acquired. The local prosecutor's office, which filed the lawsuit, believes that Nevzorov's entire family, including his wife and mother-in-law, is engaged in extremist activities – on the territory of their real estate.
