In the vicinity of Krasnoyarsk, one of the companies conducted pleasure flights on a light aircraft without permission.
The illegal air transportation of passengers was identified and stopped by employees of the transport prosecutor's office, police and Rostransnadzor.
“At the Voznesenka landing site (Berezovsky District), the fact of commercial transportation of passengers on a Cessna light aircraft in the absence of an operator’s certificate was established,” the supervisory agency reported.
Currently, a claim has been filed with the Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk for a ban on providing commercial services for the transportation of passengers until the appropriate permit is received.
