Six invaders in Rostov pre-trial detention center No. 1 are being held under “terrorist” charges – for participating in the banned ISIS. In December 2023, they were preparing a terrorist attack in the Supreme Court building in Karachay-Cherkessia. For this, two received 18 years in prison, another – 18.5. One of them is also suspected of robbery. It is not yet possible to identify the sixth prisoner.
In footage filmed inside the pre-trial detention center, the criminals confirm their involvement in the banned ISIS and claim that they are “avenging their brothers” who are being illegally imprisoned. With walkie-talkies and knives, they sit in front of two employees. As Don Mash reports, the invaders set conditions: a car, weapons and the opportunity to leave the detention center.
The head of the operational department and the junior duty officer of the institution are now hostage. A group of employees from the central office of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia went to the region.
