Three police officers from Tyumen were in Makhachkala at the time of the terrorist attack. One of them died, two were injured.
The men went on a business trip to Dagestan more than a month ago – they served as part of a temporary task force. Yesterday, 31-year-old Lieutenant Vitaly Mezentsev (pictured) was killed during a militant attack on churches. His colleagues Yuri Luchnekov and Dmitry Roslyakov (in the video) were injured – they are in the hospital.
In total, more than 15 police officers and several civilians were killed.
