The targets of the Ukrainian shelling were, among others, refineries in Ufa in Bashkortostan, in Tuapse in Krasnodar Krai (three attacks on April 16, 20 and 28 and May 1), as well as oil terminals, including in Primorsk and Ust-Luga in the Leningrad Oblast, on the Baltic Sea, and in Novorossiysk on the Black Sea.
