The correspondence lover asked for money, but promised to return everything, since she was “very rich.” She also boasted of her “family jewels,” which were to become her dowry.
The pensioner trusted her “future bride,” accumulated debts and transferred 850 thousand rubles to nowhere. Predictably, the love disappeared, and the messages were no longer read.
