On the eve of the Victory Day holiday, NordStar Airlines is holding a patriotic campaign “Voices of Victory”. From May 1 to May 9, poems about the Great Patriotic War performed by children will be heard on board NordStar Airlines.

As part of this special initiative, heartfelt audio recordings are broadcast on all NordStar flights: young performers with genuine sincerity and awe read poems glorifying the courage, perseverance and immortal feat of Soviet soldiers.

Also, any children who wish to read a poem during the flight can contact the flight attendants and read the poem for the passengers. The “Voices of Victory” project runs from May 1 to May 9 on all daytime flights lasting over 3 hours.

The “Voices of Victory” campaign is designed to exalt the feat of the Soviet people and convey their greatness to the younger generation, to give young participants the opportunity to express their deepest gratitude to the war heroes through the power of the poetic word, to create on board a special atmosphere of spiritual unity and national celebration during the celebration of the Great Victory and to remind every passenger about the pricelessness of peace and the sanctity of historical memory.

“When I read the poem about the soldiers, I suddenly felt as if they were now next to me. I wanted everyone to hear these words and understand how much we remember and thank them.” — says 10-year-old Lisa, a participant in the “Voices of Victory” project.

Additionally, to create a festive atmosphere, songs of Victory and the war years are played on all flights from May 1 to May 15 in memory of the heroism and perseverance of the generation of winners.
