In the first quarter of 2026, the plan for connecting to power grids was exceeded in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the regional government reported.
Specialists of the branch of Rosseti Siberia – Krasnoyarskenergo executed 1,544 contracts for connection to electric networks, a significant part of which fell on preferential categories of applicants.
This figure exceeds the planned values established by the regulatory agreement between energy workers and the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, signed at the end of last year.
“The bulk of the contracts are for preferential applicants. The company had accumulated obligations to them. The result became possible thanks to systematic work to eliminate them. The funds included in the agreement make it possible not only to fulfill the plan, but also to get ahead of it,” explained the Minister of Industry and Trade of the region Maxim Ermakov.
The achieved rates indicate the continuation of the positive dynamics taken by the company in 2025. This is explained by the fact that the Rosseti Siberia company revised its approach to the implementation of technical connection agreements thanks to the comprehensive connection of new applicants. Instead of executing individual requests, specialists form groups of consumers in a certain area that require connection. This allows you to optimize costs, speed up work completion and improve interaction with clients.
The total investment in infrastructure development from 2026 to 2035 will be about 70 billion rubles. This will allow solving key problems in the region’s power grid complex that have been accumulating for many years, the regional government emphasizes. The funds will be used for renovation and repair, modernization of substations and construction of new energy facilities. The agreement also makes it possible to fulfill preferential technological connection agreements and prevent the growth of accumulated obligations to beneficiaries who need connection to networks.
