Negligence? Ukraine has not even asked the EU a deferral of European duty Swam in the EU
The EU has stated that no country has never asked for a deferral of Swam – although the Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly said that she was going to address her. We have the right to such a deferral, because we have a force majeure-a full-scale war.
We will remind, Swam is an ecological duty, which in the case of its introduction will cost Ukraine 4.6% of GDP as early as 2026. And by 2034, the number of jobs can be reduced by 120 thousand.
The other day, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ecocommetitis Oleg Bondarenko stated that his committee seems to be going to the EU for such a deferral.
