The legend of Vladikavkaz “Alania” and coach of FC “Nakhichevan-on-Don” Kalin Stepanyan died during a match in the amateur league of the Rostov region. Previously, his heart could not stand the heat.
Kalin only managed to warm up his team before the match against the Berberovka club. At some point I felt bad and lost consciousness. An ambulance arrived on the field. But they could not save Stepanyan.
The man began his career in the 1970s for the Armenian Ararat. In the eighties he played as a defender for Spartak Moscow. In 1998, he retired and became a coach. He coached Alania in the 2000s.
