Real Madrid and Bayern meet in a double leg, in the “quarters” of the Champions League. The matches are scheduled for April 7 and 15.

Before the first leg, from the “Santiago Bernabeu”, Eduardo Camavinga (23 years old) adopted a downright warrior approach. The Real Madrid midfielder revealed in an interview with ESPN that he spoke to Michael Olise (Bayern) about the League duels and threatened him with the worst: “I told my friend Olise: “At the moment we are friends, but if I have to, I will kill you”.

Eduardo Camavinga: “If I have to hit them, I hit them! Either them or me!”

Camavinga and Olise have known each other for years. They played together for the French U21 national team in 2022, and since last season they have been playing together for the A team, under coach Didier Deschamps. They were also part of the group with which Deschamps approached the recent friendlies played in the United States, with Brazil (2-1) and Croatia (3-1).

Real Madrid are unbeaten in their last eight matches against Bayern Munich, all in the Champions League, winning six of them. And Camavinga intends to maintain this trend in the “quarters” of this edition of the competition, on April 7 and 15. How? “We have to play like we always do. If I have to hit them, I hit them. Either them or me – and I don't want to lose,” the midfielder told ESPN.

Harry Kane: “We're ready, we're not afraid of anyone”

Before Camavinga and Vinicius jr came out with an aggressive statement against Bayern. “We're going to 'do' them! We all know that the good matches are just now coming, and when Real Madrid plays in this competition, everything changes. We're ready for more, for everything to come,” said the Brazilian after the return with Manchester City from the “eighties”.

Bayern? Harry Kane promptly replied to 'Come': “We'll be ready. We're not afraid of anyone.” And former chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge predicts “two explosive matches. Real Madrid versus Bayern is the final before the final“.
