A special database has been created and is already being filled with data from visitors to the “sorcerers”: employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs draw up a protocol, record information from the passport and take a photo of the document in Tajikistan.
The authorities believe that those who turn to fortune tellers pay for their services – and thereby encourage their activities. In August alone, more than 150 people were added to the database.
