From May 1, the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station En+will increase 10% wages to all categories of employees.

The director of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station Stanislav legenda said that over 5 years, an increase in the average salary of employees exceeded 78 %. So, in 2021, salaries increased three times by 10 %: in February for workers, in May for all production specialists and in September for all employees. Also in 2021, the size of the prize of the main workers and specialists in production was increased: depending on the category of the employee, he grew from 10 to 18 %.

In 2022, salaries of all categories of employees increased by 10 % in March, and in November introduced an additional stimulating monthly premium of up to 15 %, depending on the category of the employee.
