Lerchek was taken to court to choose a preventive measure following Artyom Chekalin – in a criminal case of currency transactions using forged documents.
The prosecution demanded that the blogger be placed under house arrest, as well as her ex-husband. Chekalin will remain in custody until November 26. He will serve it in his private house in the village of Ilyinskoye. The blogger is prohibited from leaving the home without written permission, using the Internet and communicating with witnesses.
UPD. Valeria Chekalina was placed under house arrest until November 26.
