Three more veterans of the Northern Military District from the Krasnoyarsk Territory became managers

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, three more participants in the regional program “Siberian Character” have been appointed to new positions. Governor Mikhail Kotyukov announced this.

Thus, SVO veteran Andrei Boyarko became the head of the legal department of the Nazarovsky District administration. The man was born near Nazarov, in the village of Verkhny Adadym, has a specialized higher education, served in the internal affairs bodies, and has state and departmental awards.

Alexander Kazakov received the position of deputy head of the Sosnovy Bor district for operational management. The native Sosnovoborets resident has a higher legal education and managerial experience in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Awarded the medal “For Excellence in the Protection of Public Order.”

A veteran of the Northern Military District Ivan Bryukhanov headed the territorial division of the administration of the Boguchansky district in the village of Khrebtovy – this is his small homeland. After graduating from Siberian State Technical University, Ivan worked at forest industry enterprises. For his dedication and courage at the front, he was awarded the Order of Courage.

Let us remind you that the “Siberian Character” program started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on February 23, 2025 in addition to the federal “Time of Heroes”. At the first stage, 1022 candidates from different regions of Russia registered to participate. The final selection included 60 veterans and 30 active members of the Northern Military District, who began training after returning from the combat zone to the region.
