Although the government portal DOM is still the melody of the future, access to the Real Estate Price Register was released on Friday. You can check the prices of all apartments on your own free of charge; aggregated data is available on other websites.

Free access to housing prices is the result of the November amendment to the geodetic and cartographic law. The mentioned Real Estate Price Register contains information on real estate transaction prices, location and type of real estate. The data comes from notarial deeds, goes to the starosty offices and is entered into the system within a month.

The price database can be found, among others, on the website developeruch.pl, which has been generating data on the prices of individual apartments – both offer and transaction prices – since autumn. Today, it has gained an additional function: the ability to check historical prices, and thus how much a given apartment has gone up in price.

Social activists are therefore making available for free the same thing that the Ministry of Development and Technology plans to launch on the DOM portal next year at the earliest for over PLN 20 million.

Not only Developer

Deweloperuch is not the only place where you can find prices of individual apartments. Apartment prices, along with historical data, appeared on the mojgeoportal.pl website. There was data from 380,000. transactions carried out in Warsaw, as reported on the X website by prof. Waldemar Izdebski, former Chief Surveyor of the Country. In the following hours, the website began to be expanded with data from subsequent counties.

Let us add that every year the Real Estate Price Register receives data from approximately 700,000. transactions made both on the primary and secondary markets.
