This plant is considered one of the most familiar components of home cooking. It is added to soups, sauces, marinades, meat dishes, and is even used as an independent remedy for colds. Why do you sometimes want to eat garlic more often?

If you experience an unexpected craving for garlic, this could be a signal from your body that your immune system is low, the onset of a viral infection, or a deficiency of selenium and vitamin B6. Also, an increased interest in garlic is possible when overworked or after a course of antibiotics.

How does garlic affect various organs?

To soften the smell, you can eat a little parsley, dill, apple or drink a glass of milk. Garlic is an affordable, powerful and time-tested food that supports health from the inside out. When consumed in moderation, it strengthens the body's defenses and helps you feel more energetic even in the off-season.
