❗️Carefully! Fraudsters are massively posting fake ads for housing rentartificially create demand, and when people make a deposit, they throw it at money.

We were contacted by a subscriber who was scammed while looking for housing. As Olena Haydamaha, president of the Association of Real Estate Specialists of Ukraine, told us, now it is massive.
TOP of the most widespread fraudulent schemes now:

▪️Fraudsters rent an apartment for a day, and then leased to a third party allegedly for a long term, receiving payment for the first and last month. In the morning it becomes clear that the owner is different and the apartment is rented only for a day;
▪️A scheme with the alleged purchase of a database of telephone numbers owners who rent apartments. A person in social networks pays a thousand hryvnias for allegedly 10 numbers that turn out to be invalid. No money, no apartment;
▪️Making a deposit because “we liked each other”. They said, pay 2, 3, 5 thousand, and the apartment is yours. After you transfer the money, the scammer disappears.
