As reported by WP, the company founded by Andrzej Duda and his wife is called “Andrzej Duda PAAD”. It was registered in the National Court Register on December 19, 2025. The partnership agreement was drawn up on December 1 last year in Kraków. The headquarters of the new company is located in the same city.
Agata Kornhauser-Duda is the former president's partner in the company. The politician plays the role of a general partner. This means that he manages her affairs, represents her externally and is responsible for her debts with all his assets. The size of his share in the company is PLN 500,000. zloty. In turn, in the case of his wife, it is PLN 10,000. zloty.

The wife of the former President of the Republic of Poland serves as a limited partner in the company. This means that she does not run the day-to-day affairs of the company, but is an investor and has control rights and the right to share in the profit, which in her case is 50%.

As reported by WP, there are also areas that are more similar to the previous activities of the former first lady, who in the past worked as a German teacher. The company will also teach foreign languages.
