The Infotraffic Center of the Romanian Police informed on Wednesday morning that on several roads in the country the fog reduces traffic visibility below 200 meters, in some places below 50 meters.

Fog has been reported that reduces traffic visibility below 200 meters on the highways A0 Centura Bucharest, A1 Bucharest – Pitesti, A2 Bucharest – Constanța, A3 Bucharest – Brasov and A7 Ploiesti – Adjud, it is raining lightly and driving on a wet road, the traffic values being reduced, informs the Information Center
At the national level, precipitation in the form of sleet and snow, partially deposited on the road, is reported in the counties of Arad, Bihor, Caraş-Severin, Satu Mare, Sălaj and Timiș, without traffic restrictions being imposed. In the rest of the country it is raining and driving on a wet road.
Meteorologists have announced for Wednesday, January 7, that the weather will cool significantly in most regions, with consistent snow in the west and northwest. In the south and southeast, temperatures remain higher.
