In Odintsovo, near Moscow, they tried to kill assistant to State Duma deputy Sherip Alikhadzhiev
The night before, the 58-year-old politician was attacked while relaxing in the village of Lapino. Alikhadzhiev was resting on the veranda when an unknown person approached him and shot at least 4 times, after which he disappeared.
The victim was hospitalized in intensive care, he is in serious condition. The attacker is being sought and the motives are being determined. A criminal case has been opened for attempted murder.
Alikhadzhiev is a former ally of Akhmat Kadyrov, later he served as first deputy chairman of the State Council of Chechnya, then as deputy chairman of the government of Ingushetia. Recently he worked as an assistant to one of the State Duma deputies.
