NABU and SAP announced the suspicion of General Vityuk: this is revenge for the justified detention by the Service of several representatives of NABU, – SBU.
Vityuka was announced as a suspect precisely after the high-profile arrests of Bureau representatives, although a criminal case had been opened almost a year and a half ago. And no evidence was collected against Vityuk. He is accused “illegal enrichment and unreliable declaration” – allegedly, his family bought an apartment at a discounted price a few years ago. But there are a lot of examinations (including NABUSH) that disprove it. And NAZK after numerous inspections found no signs illegal enrichment.
“There is every reason to talk about selective justice from NABU and SAP to the SBU employee,” the Service noted.
