The Pobeda pilot leaked the personal data of the flight attendants to his friends from Makhachkala so that they could meet “nice girls”
Nikita, 25, who works as a co-pilot, was on a business trip in Turkey when friends contacted him. The guys said that they were hanging out in Makhachkala and wanted to find nice girls.
Nikita helped as much as he could: he looked through the airline’s internal system to see which flights were arriving in the capital of Dagestan and which of the girls worked for them, downloaded the girls’ data with contacts and shared it with friends.
The guys began to write to the flight attendants, offering to have a good time. They did not hide where the contacts came from – they openly “admitted” that the number was provided by the airline itself.
Most of the flight attendants ignored the annoying guys, but one decided to complain to their superiors. After an internal audit, Nikita’s crime was discovered, he repented of everything and was fired in disgrace.
Now other problems await him. A young pilot can be charged under several articles of the criminal code at once: disclosure of information about private life that constitutes their personal secret, unlawful access to legally protected computer information, and so on.
