❗️Fines up to UAH 34,000 and even deprivation of rights, the police is preparing to increase responsibility for violations of traffic rules, – deputy head of the patrol police department, Biloshitskyi.

▪️Larger fines and disqualifications for systematic violations;
▪️Not replacing tires with winter or seasonal ones, a fine of up to UAH 8,500, for a second one – deprivation of rights;
▪️Rules for users of electric scooters;
▪️Lowering the “non-penalized threshold” for speeding from 20 to 10 km/h;
▪️Reflective elements for pedestrians are mandatory in the dark;
▪️A fine of up to UAH 34,000 for excessive noise, a fine of up to UAH 17,000 for drifting, deprivation of rights;
▪️Drunken driving – a fine of up to UAH 51,000, disqualification and confiscation of the car in favor of the Armed Forces.
