At the Krasnoyarsk airport, transport police officers detained a 51-year-old Krasnoyarsk resident. A man stole a bag with money that someone forgot in the toilet.
According to the investigation, the attacker found 388 thousand rubles and documents in the bag, stole them and disappeared. Operatives identified the suspect and, together with traffic police inspectors, detained him. The police have already seized some of the stolen money.
Based on the incident, law enforcement officers opened a criminal case for grand theft.
The police remind you that misappropriation of found items may result in criminal liability. In such cases, you must immediately contact the transport company or the police.
