Lush cottage cheese casserole without semolina in a hurry – it turns out like a soufflé and melts in your mouth

There are many dishes made from cottage cheese: cheesecakes, cheesecakes, pancakes with fermented milk filling. But cottage cheese casserole always remains out of competition.

EAOMedia offers you a universal casserole recipe without weighting agents such as flour and semolina. Thanks to this, the dish turns out fluffy and tender.

Ingredients:

* 400 grams of curd paste;
* 3 chicken eggs;
* 5 tablespoons of sugar;
* 2 tablespoons of sour cream (heaped);
* 2 tablespoons of starch (heaped);
* salt;
* vanilla sugar;
* butter.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg yolks, sour cream, vanilla sugar, starch, salt and sugar. Beat until smooth.
2. In a separate container, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whites into the dough using a silicone spatula and mix.
4. Place the mixture in a baking dish greased with butter.
5. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35–40 minutes.

Please note that the casserole will be fluffy while cooking, but will sink slightly as it cools. This is normal and will not affect the taste of the dish.
