Andrei Kosolapov behaved hooliganly on the roads of Moscow from March 13 to 20 – he drove, stopped in the wrong places, did not pay for parking and gave up paying for a Bagration handkerchief. Makan never closed the fines.
The other day, the rapper posted a video of himself driving around the Moscow Ring Road without wearing a seatbelt, and he received a bunch of hateful comments.
